Lovely hotel located in Kollupitiya. The staff were amazing and very friendly. From the security , the reception , the cleaning team , the Restaurant all staff were very kind and welcoming. we extended our stay and during that time I fell sick at the same time we had requested to change our room the gentleman at the reception Mr. Sufiyan went the extra mile to put me in comfort and allowed us to stay at our previous room until our new room was ready. he also made sure to get things ready for us in a short time and also offered to do our check in at our ease. Time and time again I can proudly say it loud that Sri Lankans are the number one in world class hospitality. no matter how hard it is they are still welcoming and carry a big smile on their face. I’d like to extend my thanks to the lovely ladies Maneesha & Kaveesha for being very supportive and kind during our stay. I wish this entire team at Mandarina Colombo all the very best :)

Excellent Service It is the ultimate that makes one return. I am a hotelier myself and been with world famous resorts as Lead Concierge. So I recognize service instantly. Kudos to the Front Desk, Bell staff, cafe restaurant, gym to Door men! It is worth investing in training and teach English with Elocution. ( which I like to suggest to Tourist Board) This is mainly recognized for room service staff! So the journey over all with them, the hotels and the country could even further excel. Sri Lanka’s hospitality industry was commended by Prez Imran Khan of Pakistan, and he has travelled the world as well, so it is a huge compliment.

Staffs knows very well about guests anticipate needs. I liked HK Attendant service , which was amazing. You can not compared with anyone. He is very polite,;humble , honestly, reliable and attention to detail and knows very guest needs. His name is Sathsara. I would say ; his service was outstanding and kept well cleaned and organized 👍. Thank you Sathsara brother. You are one of unique and grate example of Mandarina Colombo. And thanks to IT person who helped me to connect wifi and TV channel. Sorry I did not remember his name .

Good selection of food and helpful staff at the rooftop resturant. The whole building was neat and clean - everything was orange. A Welcome drink was offered as we wauted for check in. The staff (from the door man) everyone is all smiles. We were given an upgrade to a premium room free of cost 😊 and was able to organise a late checkout. Our room had an ocean view, sadly this would be gone once the building in front goes up. Room service was pretty good.

Hotel staffs were very kind. We had breakfast buffet, and lunch buffet, it was good with many dishes. We liked the room size, it was very clean and neat. Bathroom also was really good, hot water on the spot. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea. Very near to Colombo center places. Just opposite, there is a big mall as well
